Condoléances: Dear Phyllis,Heather,Mansel and family I was out of Ottawa for a week in Brownsburg and it was there that I heard your mom had passed away. I had to come back to Ottawa for this wekeend , so I was not able to attend the funeral or the wake. I would like to express my sincere sympathy to all of you . I know you had a wonderful mom and it must be so hard right now . My thoughts and my prayers are with all of you. I'm not sure if I ever met your mom personally. but I have often heard her name mentioned and I know she was a good cook too, as I have a cookbook from Brownsburg United church that has many of her recipes in it. I'm sure you have so many other good memories your mom that will be of help to you at this time. I would like to share with you two passages from the Bible that have often been of comfort to me and I hope they will be to you also. They are found in Psalm 121 . and John 14.
