Suddenly on Saturday December 8, 2012, Edna Touchette (née Wylie) of Vankleek Hill passed away at the age of 70.Predeceased by her parents Denis Wylie and Margaret McCormick Beloved wife of the late Irvin “Sonny” Touchette. Proud and loving mother of Sheila (Jacques Duval) and Sandra. Dear sister of Doreen Wilson (Grant). Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Hillcrest Funeral Home 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill on Wednesday December 12, 2012 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Funeral will be held at St. Eugene Catholic Church on Thursday December 13, 2012 at 2 p.m. Interment St.Eugene Catholic Cemetery. In memory of Edna a donation to the Community Nursing Home Alexandria, 92 Centre Street, Alexandria, Ontario K0C 1A0 would be appreciated by the family.
