After a brief illness at the Hawkesbury General Hospital on Sunday November 4, 2012 Sonny Touchette of Vankleek Hill passed away suddenly at the age of 80.Predeceased by his parents Felix Touchette and Annette Beauchamp. Loving husband of 48 years to Edna (nee Wylie).Proud and dearly loved father of Sheila (Jacques Duval) and Sandra. Dear brother of Norma (Jerry Salois), Janet (Ronnie Kelly), David (Verna) and Elsie (George Black). Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Also sadly missed by his sister-in-law Doreen Wilson (Grant). Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Hillcrest Funeral Home 151 Bond Street , Vankleek Hill on Thursday November 8, 2012 from 7 to 9 p.m. and |Friday from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Funeral at 2 p.m. at St. Eugene Catholic Church. Interment St.Eugene Catholic Cemetery. In memory of Sonny a donation to the Community Nursing Home Alexandria, 92 Centre Street, Alexandria, Ontario K0C 1A0 would be appreciated by the family.
